The Timbers 6 Community sits within the Timbers subdivision, located in the heart of Murphy, TX.
The subdivision is shared with our northeastern neighbors, the Timbers 1, 2, and 3,
plus our northern neighbors, the Timbers 4 and 5.
The Timbers 6 Homeowner Association is made up of 3 sections:
Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3, all representing 305 homes. The Timbers 6 Homeowners Association share a common facilities area consisting of:
- an adult pool with adjacent kiddy pool along side a spacious open area
- a children's playground and
- a volleyball court.
